1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShopForge, including our website, scaffold, templates, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License Grant
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ShopForge scaffold and templates to build and deploy Shopify applications. The Free plan allows unlimited use for building apps. Pro and Enterprise plans include additional templates and features as described on our pricing page.
3. Restrictions
You may not: redistribute the raw scaffold source code or templates as a competing product; remove or alter any proprietary notices; use the scaffold for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your relationship with us.
4. Intellectual Property
ShopForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YuntongSoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Apps you build using ShopForge are your own intellectual property.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ShopForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the scaffold will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YuntongSoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use ShopForge.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
